Exhibition Dates: March 6 – April 16, 2009
Invitation to all women artists worldwide to submit artwork in all media for this open exhibition. Images of up to three artworks plus one detail image per work if needed. Please include a statement about the submitted work and a $24 entry fee.

CALL FOR ARTWORK: The Emotional Body
Exhibition Dates: May 1 – June 11, 2009
Open to women artists from the international community whose work is concerned with the emotional reality of womanhood. We invite submissions that portray “The Emotional Body” of a woman’s journey in search of the boundaries of body, personality, and strength. We invite works that render “the body” expressively, relying on compositional and figurative dramatizations: works that focus on the complexity and significance of a woman’s journey to emotional independence and works that recognize the richness of her life. Images of up to three artworks plus one detail image per submission if needed. Please include a statement about the submitted work and a $24 entry fee.

Seeks contemporary artwork that addresses personal, political, and economic issues pertaining to the cultural currency of money. In today's political climate, how does money move, change, and effect both nations and/or individuals? The effects of economic issues on national decisions, the effect of a global economy on the individual, the individual artist's relationship to the economy, and the aesthetic value of currency are some aspects that the artist is asked to contemplate.

Cultural Consumer Workshop Series, November 6th

This is a continuation of a conversation on the Cultural Consumer that
took place in Spring of this year. If you missed the first forum, don't
worry, the topic is fresh, with new voices and new ideas to share, and
we need your voice this time around!
